How a ballot works: voting sends a 0 ETH transaction on Robinhood Chain to the vault, carrying MFUEL:VOTE:<token> in the data field — gas costs a fraction of a cent and nothing leaves your wallet. Weight is your $MFUEL balance at the snapshot taken when the round closes, so one wallet counts once and last vote wins. Ballots are public the moment they confirm; the tally here is counted from the chain when the round closes.
